The 2020 Icovia Design Edition Service was built to be self-managed allowing users the ability to register, update and cancel (suspend) their accounts as needed.
All updates to your account information are done via the "Account Settings" page accessed via the "My Account" link found above the drawing canvas of the planner. The "Account Settings" page provides a user the ability to Register, update Account and/or Billing Information, and Suspend/Cancel an account.
What is the difference between suspending or cancelling an account? There is no difference. The Cancel Subscription function is used which immediately stops billing and suspends a users account. Remember, cancellation is immediate and there are no refunds for any unused days of service. If a user chooses to come back within two years, the user simply needs to login to the same account that they had used in the past and update their billing information to re-activate their account.
Accessing the "Account Settings" area can be done in two ways.
Direct access via the Design Edition Planner
- Launch the Design Edition Planner Service (click here)
- Sign in to your account.
- Select "My Account" above the planners drawing canvas.
- Select the "Account Settings" tab on the "My Account" page.
- Once the "Account Settings" page is open you can make changes to your account information, re-activate your account by updating your billing information or cancel (suspend) your subscription by selecting the "Cancel Subscription" button on the lower left of the page.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
Access via 2020's Web Site
- Launch the Icovia Room Planning Software for Designers section on 2020Spaces.com (click here)
- Once you have the web page open, scroll down to the "Easy to Use" section.
- Select the "Sign-In/Sign-Up" Button which launches the planner and Sign in to your account.
- Select "My Account" above the planners drawing canvas.
- Select the "Account Settings" tab on the "My Account" page.
- Once the "Account Settings" page is open you can make changes to your account information, re-activate your account by updating your billing information or cancel (suspend) your subscription by selecting the "Cancel Subscription" button on the lower left of the page.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
If the "My Account" page is not opening/activating correctly for you it can be due to your web browsers cache needing to be cleared. You should start by clearing cache. Click here to learn more about how to clear your web browser cache.
