Registering or updating your information is done via the "Account Settings" page accessed via the "My Account" Welcome Page. The Account Settings page provides the ability to Initially register, Edit your Account and Billing Information, or Cancel.
If you had previously cancelled your monthly subscription or your credit card has expired you will need to update your credit card and billing information to re-activate your subscription.
Once you have made your changes remember to select the "Update" Button to save the changes.
There are a few ways that you can access the "Account Settings" Page.
Access via the Design Edition Planner
- Launch the Design Edition Planner Service (click here)
- Sign in to your account.
- Select "My Account" above the planners drawing canvas.
- Select the "Account Settings" tab on the "My Account" page.
- Make your changes and select "Update".
Access via 2020's Web Site
- Launch 2020Spaces.com (click here)
- Once you have the web page open, scroll down to the "Easy to Use" section.
- Select the "Sign-In/Sign-Up" Button and Sign in to your account.
- Select the "Account Settings" tab on the "My Account" page.
- Make your changes and select "Update".
If the "My Account" page is not opening/activating correctly for you it can be due to your web browsers cache needing to be cleared or it can be related to Flash. You should start by clearing cache. Click here to learn more about how to clear your web browser cache.
