We are pleased to report that the intermittent Internet service failures we experienced recently have been addressed and that service is once again stable. As we indicated in our last notice, the problem was with Verizon's service to our hosting provider.
We remain committed to providing you with consistent and reliable service.
To that end, we have selected Savvis as the new managed hosting provider for Icovia web services. Savvis is a Tier 1 provider recognized as an industry leader with customer list that includes Proctor & Gamble, Virgin and Reuters. We expect the move to Savvis to be completed within three weeks and will work diligently to ensure reliable service before, during and after this move.
