As credit cards expire, we have many users ask us how to update their credit card information. In this post, we will outline the steps to update your billing information.
Step 1: Launch the Icovia Design Edition Planner and log in using your existing username and password. Once you are on the Welcome Screen, select the Account Settings tab.
Note: If your credit card has already expired, you will see a note in red indicating that your account is inactive. This is the normal status when cards have expired and we assure you that none of your plans have been deleted.
Step 2: Once you are on the Account Settings tab, click on the 'edit' button next to the Billing Information label.
Step 3: Re-enter your credit card information. Be sure to update the credit card number, expiration date and supply the appropriate security code. Once you have entered the updated information, click the Update button.
Once you click Update, your account billing information will be processed and your account will be reinstated.
