We have had a few support cases recently regarding a blank log in screen. It seems to be a sporadic, intermittent issue and we are currently working to correct it. In the meantime, here is a secondary way to get into your account:
Go to www.icovia.com/design
Click on the 'Try It Free' button to launch the free demo version
Accept the agreement terms
In the top right corner of the application window - click the 'login' button
- this will open a different login window
Log in to your account
This is a temporary bypass of the main login screen, but in the one instance we were able to duplicate it, it seemed to correct the blank screen issue altogether. The next time we went to the main login screen, it was no longer blank.
